Download the Rotator.class and the lights.jpg files.
These files must reside in the same directory as the HTML file that executes them.
Add the following lines to the HTML file:

<param name=image value="lights.jpg">
<param name=frames value="6">
<param name=rate value="7">
</applet>

Adjust the speed of rotation by increasing or decreasing the number of frames per second with the rate value.
