Meditations for Children

Everyone wants to be happy, especially children. Meditation can help children be happy. They can learn how to calm and focus their minds and transform disturbing thoughts and emotions into happiness and peace.

Children of all ages can use meditation to find their own inner strength and problem-solving skills. They are able to develop their potential to be wise, peaceful and loving.

The meditations are led in simple, universal language that children of all ages and backgrounds can easily understand. The language is non-secular, non-dogmatic and does not assume any interest in Buddhism.
